The Beaverlodge Arena has been a winter focal point in the community since 1974. The facility consists of an artificial ice pad (185' x80'), 6 dressing rooms (with 2 new additions in 2008), lobby, concession, and seating for 500 spectators. The Arena is home to Minor Hockey, Figure skating, Girls Hockey, a Junior B Hockey Club, and three Men's recreation teams.

Minor Hockey
Ofers an extensive, quality program for Novice through Midget skaters. Our teams play in the Trumpeter and All Peace leagues. Minor hockey hosts five to six tournaments annually.

Beaverlodge Skating Club
The club celebrated its' 25th anniversary in 2001. An excellent figure skating program form Learn to Skate through to Advanced Canskate, followed by the CFSA Teststream program. The Skating club hosts and attends test days through the winter, ending each season with an Ice Skating Carnival.

Girls Hockey
Offers team play for girls 6 to 18 years. Formerly a ringette program, Girls Hockey is quickly becoming a mjor sport in Beaverlodge.

The Beaverlodge Blades
Our Junior B team plays in the Northwest Junior B Hockey League, competing thoughout the Peace Country. https://blades.goalline.ca
