Apartment Houses $25.00  
Amusement places – amount to be set by Council for each period allowed, provided such license be granted. $4.00 –$200.00  
Christmas tree sales – per location $5.00 $10.00
Circus – for show/day, depending on nature of circus $100.00 $200.00
General contractor is any person(s), partnership(s) or corporation(s) who undertake(s) to direct or supervise sub-contractors to do, provide, or carry on within the corporate limits of the Town of Beaverlodge: trades or occupations relative to the construction industry. $25.00 $50.00
Sub-contractor is any person, partnership or corporation who is under the direction of a general contractor, property owner, or person in possession of property, who undertakes to provide or carry out a trade or occupation relative to the construction industry within the corporate limits of the Town of Beaverlodge. $25.00 $50.00
Hawker or peddler $50.00 $20.00 per day$200.00 per year
Slot Machine not owned by proprietor $10.00 for 2 or more machines per business $50.00 for 2 or more machines per business
Seafood Vendors, Fresh Fruit Sales and Vegetable sales not produced locally $200.00 per year $200.00 per year

In the event a categorized business encompasses two or more of listed businesses, the license fee shall be the higher fee as set out in the schedule.

Automotive business and sale persons also require licensing under the Fair Trading Act. Alberta Government Services has delegated this licensing authority to the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council (AMVIC). The Town of Beaverlodge will not issue a business license for the above-mentioned types of businesses without written proof of license or registration through Alberta Government Services.
