The medical services in this district consist of an active treatment, 18 bed acute care hospital with emergency outpatients services, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. It is serviced by six very experienced general practitioners.
We have a medical clinic in Beaverlodge with full computer support. We have easy access to secondary services including radiology, CT scans and MRI scans, ultrasound and barium studies, full internal medicine, orthopedic, surgical, obstetrics and gynecology, psychiatric and ophthamological specialty services available. In 2009, Beaverlodge welcomes two new doctors to the Beaverlodge Mecial Clinic.
